Owner and independent bottler Tim Duckett (Mr H) has taken Adams Distillery second fill peated sherry and Launceston Distillery sherry whisky and vatted them together with the help of a rogue spanking with his sceptre to produce a whisky that could very well be a game changer in Aussie whisky making.
