At Taste Aussie Drams, we’re passionate about sharing the best of Australia’s independent whisky scene — and we want you to love every dram you try.

If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

- Change of Mind

Because we work with small-batch distilleries and limited releases, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We hope you understand — every bottle is special and often in short supply!

- Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Just send us a quick email at with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll sort it out quickly.

- Refunds (if applicable)

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know if a refund or replacement is on the way. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method — easy as that.
