An absolutely remarkable drop, all about the fudge. It’s one of those bourbon cask releases where you’ve just hit gold in the timber. Heaven’s Hill supplied these ex bourbon barrels, which can mean a number of different bourbon producers, but it is all about the richer, more caramel notes and its soft, subtle earthy peat finish.
