Woodwater Whisky 'Release #15 Shiraz/Tokay Cask' (52% ABV)

A crazy story with this one! This was originally just a Shiraz cask, and won the category for the Single Cask NAS at the 2025 World Whisky Awards. It unexpectadly developed bottle-shock in the glass and couldn't quite restore to the same quality. It then was transferred into a Tokay cask for 6 months to create this amazing whisky!

• Cask: Matured in a Shiraz Cask (5.5 years), then transferred into a ex-Barossa Tokay Cask (6 Months). (Non-Chill Filtered)
