Nose – Raw Brazil nuts, dried mushrooms and truffles, damp Forest floor earthiness, marzipan, Demerara sugar & new leather. Old antique furniture & hints of cacao nibs

Palate – Savoury HP sauce, black liquorice and brown sugar syrup, Sweet cigar smoke, wet tobacco and umami savouriness. Black cherry and boysenberry.

Finish – Medium long with balsamic reduction and soft integrated earthy smokey finish.
