Cut Hill Distillery 'Keystone Release Stonecutter Selection #1 Shiraz Single Cask' Various Size Samples

This expression is the inaugural release of Cut Hill’s Keystone series that was matured in a single, hand selected ex-shiraz cask from McLaren Vale showing all the hallmarks of this uniquely Australian style. The barrel has been seasoned across 15+ years with wine selected from the most superior vineyards in McLaren Vale. The barrel was heavily re-charred and filled in 2017.
