Here’s the inaugural release of Heartwood’s New Zealand whisky collection that see’s Tim Duckett (owner of Heartwood) source new-make spirit from NZ and age it in a 50-year-old Australian Vintage Tawny cask. This is the first time Heartwood has ever aged spirit outside of Tasmania making this a real collector’s item.
